Direct pay is an option for those that need physical therapy and do not have insurance coverage for PT.
Flat rate of $100 for a 1 hour one-on-one PT session.
*Please note that physician order is still required.
Out-of-network for other commercial carriers. You will pay up front and then I will give you information to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Performance of specialized joint manual skills for the neck, spine, and pelvis such as spinal manipulations and muscle energy techniques.
Muscular interventions are implemented including dry needling, kinesiology taping, and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization).
There is a strong focus on spinal and sacro-pelvic stability through dynamic core stabilization while improving joint mobility and alignment when needed. Sacro-iliac joint and lumbar spinal joint instability are very common leading to significant pain and disability. PT can help when it is performed in a strategic and focused manner.

Targeted Physical Therapy interventions for individuals with neurological impairments related to stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological diagnoses. We utilize neuromotor electrical stimulation, neuromuscular facilitation techniques, neurodevelopmental principles, and work closely with other healthcare providers such as orthotists to provide high quality care in a supportive environment.

Terry completed the nationally ranked Doctor of Physical Therapy program at UAB in 2014 after working 20 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant in multiple settings.
A long and varied career in Physical Therapy has resulted in a well-rounded perspective related to managing the care of his patients.
He also obtained the Master of Arts in Public and Private Management degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
With the MPPM, he expanded his entrepreneurial spirit and learned business management skills that allows him to serve his community with honor and distinction.
On a personal note...he enjoys family time, working in the yard, hiking, jogging, going to the lake, and travelling.
Kelley’s lifelong love of science and movement culminated in the completion of her Associate in Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Jefferson State Community College. She started her education at Birmingham-Southern College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Fun activities include time with family, walking, Pilates, yoga, reading, and following interior design trends.
